Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to BrewApp! By using the app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use BrewApp.
Service Description
BrewApp lets you:
- Browse the menu of Brewzy coffee machines and find machines near you
- Order and pay in the app, then collect your drink by scanning a pickup code at the machine
- Collect stamps and earn free drinks
- Save a favorite drink, rate your orders and contact support
Pickup Codes
- Each drink you buy gets its own pickup code, valid until the date shown on the code
- A code issued for a specific machine can only be used at that machine; a code for "Any machine" works at any Brewzy machine that offers the drink
- Each code can be used once. Keep your codes private: anyone who has a code can collect the drink
- Unused codes expire after their validity date
Stamps and Free Drinks
- Eligible drinks earn a stamp when paid; the stamp card in the app shows the current rules
- When your card is complete you earn a free drink, used from the cart on your next order (one free drink per order, not combined with promo codes)
- Free drinks have an expiry date, have no cash value and cannot be transferred
- We may change or end the stamp program with notice in the app; free drinks already earned stay valid until they expire
User Obligations
As a BrewApp user, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information and keep your phone number up to date
- Keep access to your account and your pickup codes secure
- Not use the services for any illegal purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Prohibited Conduct
- Creating multiple accounts or abusing promo codes, stamps or free drinks
- Reselling pickup codes
- Using automated tools or bots
- Tampering with the machines or attempting to hack or disrupt the services
Payment and Refunds
Payment
- All prices are in Saudi Riyals and include VAT
- Prices are confirmed when you place the order; you pay by card or Apple Pay through a secure payment gateway
- An order that is not paid within 15 minutes is cancelled automatically
- A tax invoice is available for every paid order
Refunds
- If a machine could not serve your drink, contact support from the order page and we will review it
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time to appear depends on your bank
- Codes that were already used cannot be refunded; when an order is refunded, its unused codes are cancelled
Limitation of Liability
We work to keep the machines and the app available, but we do not guarantee they will always be available. We are not responsible for:
- A machine being temporarily out of service or out of an ingredient; in that case you can use a valid code later or contact support
- Codes that expire unused or are used by someone you shared them with
- Interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and will let you know about significant changes in the app. Continued use of BrewApp after a change means you accept it.
