BrewApp is the ordering app for Brewzy coffee machines. We are committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it when you use the app.

• Account information: your phone number (verified by a one-time code) and your name; optionally your date of birth and gender
• Order data: the drinks you order, the machine you choose, pickup codes, invoices, stamps and free drinks
• Preferences: app language, your default machine, your favorite drink and your notification choices
• Location (only if you allow it): used to show the nearest machines; it is not stored in your account
• Ratings and support messages you send us

Payments

Card and Apple Pay payments are processed by a licensed payment gateway. Your card details are entered directly with the payment gateway and are never stored by us. If you choose to save a card, you can pay faster next time and remove it whenever you like.

How We Use Your Data

• Verify your phone number and keep your account secure
• Process your orders and issue pickup codes and tax invoices
• Count your stamps and give you free drinks
• Send notifications about your orders and codes, and offers if you have not opted out
• Help you when you contact support, including refunds
• Improve our machines, menu and app, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations

Sharing Your Data

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is needed with trusted partners that help us provide BrewApp, such as the payment gateway, the service that sends your verification codes, and WhatsApp when you choose to contact support there. We may also disclose data when required by law.

Data Security and Retention

We take appropriate measures to protect your information and limit access to the staff who need it. We keep your data while your account is active; invoices are kept for the period required by tax regulations.

You can delete your BrewApp account at any time, from the app or by contacting us. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.
