Services Description
BrewApp provides:
- A platform for ordering from participating cafes and restaurants
- A loyalty system allowing you to earn and redeem coffee beans
- A digital wallet for payments and rewards
- Challenges and exclusive promotional offers
- A rating and review system for products and stores
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the services at any time without prior notice.
User Obligations
As a user of BrewApp, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account and password
- Not use the services for any unlawful purposes
- Not manipulate the points or rewards system
- Respect other users and participating stores
- Comply with all local laws and regulations
Prohibited Conduct:
- Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
- Using automated tools or bots
- Posting offensive or inappropriate content
- Attempting to hack or disrupt the services
Payment & Refunds
Payment:
- All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals and include VAT where applicable
- You can pay via digital wallet or direct payment methods
- All transactions are secure and encrypted
Refunds & Cancellations:
- You can cancel an order before it's accepted by the store
- Refunds will be processed to your wallet within 3-5 business days
- Coffee beans used in cancelled orders will be returned to your account
- Stores may have their own refund policies
Limitation of Liability
BrewApp is a platform connecting customers with stores. We are not responsible for:
- Quality or safety of products provided by stores
- Any disputes between you and participating stores
- Delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control
- Loss of data or damages resulting from use of the services
The services are provided 'as is' without any express or implied warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services.
